Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator for our Foundry Division to handle sales coordination, customer interactions, and order management. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of foundry processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to monitor sales targets and prepare periodic reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to handle inquiries, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships.
- Update and track Purchase Orders (PO) in the system.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales performance and order status.
- Monitor and report progress on sales targets to management.
- Liaise with production, dispatch, and other internal teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for sales and customer communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline (Marketing / Mechanical / Foundry-related preferred).
- Basic knowledge of foundry products and processes.
Experience
0–3 years in sales coordination, marketing, or customer service (foundry or manufacturing industry is required)
