A Leading spinning mills and garments , apparels is looking out for a smart and energetic Sales coordinator for their Namakkal unit.
Seeking a proactive and HINDI speaking Sales coordinator to manage and support the sales of uniform to IOCL dealers. The role involves telephone-based communication, order coordination, and ensuring smooth sales operations from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coomunicate with IOCL dealers over the phone to promote and coordinate uniform sales.
- Provide product information, pricing detials , and order assistance.
- Follow up on enquires, quotations, and orders to ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with the production/dispatch team to ensure order fulfilments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, dealers contact lists, and order status reports.
- Handle basic customer queires and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and follow up targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,114.96 - ₹20,963.56 per month
