Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Female Sales and Service Coordinator to support our sales and service teams. This role involves client coordination, order processing, service scheduling, and follow-up to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers for inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Follow up on pending quotes, service requests, and feedback calls.
- Maintain and update customer database, CRM entries, and order tracking sheets.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, service, accounts, logistics) to ensure timely order execution and service delivery.
- Prepare and share sales documents such as proforma invoices, delivery notes, service reports, etc.
- Handle basic after-sales support including AMC reminders, installation updates, and complaint registrations.
- Assist sales and service teams in preparing presentations, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients across calls, emails, and visits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar field).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi language).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability.

Work Environment:
- Office-based role with regular coordination via phone/email.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,778.71 per month
