About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with strong knowledge of MS Excel to support our telecom sales operations. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, preparing reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities between sales executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and dashboards using Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.).
- Track sales orders, quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Support the sales team with client proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain customer data, contracts, and agreements in an organized manner.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients regarding orders and service updates.
- Work closely with the accounts and operations teams for smooth order execution.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced level – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the telecom/ISP industry will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / MIS / Back-office Sales Support, preferably in telecom or ISP domain.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
