Job Description:
Objectives of this Role
- Assist the sales team to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful completion of accurate sales proposals.
- Be an active team player and participate in weekly sales calls, adding suggestions on how to improve the current internal sales process and generate more closed deals.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the sales representatives for RFPs.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with all internal sales representatives to ensure collaboration and best practices.
- Assist sales representatives to ensure pipeline accuracy, updating deals, adjusting closing dates, and validating quality of information input in CRM.
- Assist sales representatives in collecting and compiling sales quotations, adjusting margins and ensuring accuracy. Work with Sales Engineers for prompt turnaround of sales quotes and cost sheets, as well as collecting any additional client related information for the Sales Engineer.
- Ensure client folders are created, organized, and updated during the sales process, following internal naming conventions.
- Update sales proposals as revisions are made, keeping current and prior versions in appropriate network folders.
- Create sales and support contracts following up with clients to ensure signed copy is returned.

- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
- Proficiency with CRM
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools.
- Attention to details with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
