Job Overview:
Lume Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Coordinators to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales process by conducting telecalling, generating leads, and helping to manage client relationships. You will work closely with our sales team to drive business growth and promote our solar energy solutions. Knowledge of the solar energy industry is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Telecalling: Initiate calls to potential customers, introduce our solar energy services, and provide them with relevant information.
- Lead Generation: Qualify and follow up on leads, convert prospects into clients, and track progress.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their queries and needs.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing the sales process, from inquiry to closing.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, client interactions, and lead status.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telecalling or sales coordination, preferably in the solar industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
