- Coordinate with clients to understand packaging requirements and provide timely responses to inquiries.
- Prepare and share quotations based on client specifications in coordination with the pricing and production teams.
- Follow up on quotations, convert inquiries to orders, and process sales orders in the system.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
- Maintain and update customer databases, order logs, and sales reports regularly.
- Track order status, ensure on-time deliveries, and handle post-sales support or complaints if any.
- Coordinate with the design team for artwork approvals and printing files.
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Monitor stock levels for key packaging SKUs (if applicable) and inform clients accordingly.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments with clients in collaboration with the accounts team.
