Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build a prospective customer pipeline.
- Coordinate with sales engineers, regional managers, and clients for inquiries and orders.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and order tracking systems.
- Follow up with clients for quotations, payments, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with production, logistics, and service departments.
- Handle customer queries and route technical requirements to concerned teams.
- Support in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities.
- Assist in after-sales coordination with service and spares teams.
- Prepare MIS, reports, and sales forecasts for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination / inside sales, preferably in machine manufacturing / engineering industry.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
