Job Summary:
We are looking for Sales Co-ordinators to support our sales and finance teams through accurate data entry, documentation, and coordination activities. The ideal candidates should have basic accounting knowledge, prior experience working on ERP systems, and good computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
∙Enter and update sales data accurately in the ERP system.
∙Support the generation and validation of sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
∙Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) to ensure data consistency and timely updates.
∙Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
∙Assist with reconciliation of sales records and report generation.
∙Follow up on missing data or discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
∙Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
∙Prior experience (6 months to 2 years) in a similar role, preferably in a sales or accounts support function.
∙Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., sales invoice formats, GST concepts).
∙Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision, Tally, etc.).
∙Strong computer skills – proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
∙High attention to detail and accuracy.
∙Ability to work under timelines and manage routine tasks independently.
