Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate (Counselor) to join our team. This is a target-based role, ideal for individuals with experience in selling high-ticket products in the ed-tech or study abroad industry. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students and their families while achieving defined sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and provide personalized counseling on study abroad programs in Italy.
* Manage, and nurture leads through various channels, including calls, emails, and online platforms.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into successful enrollments.
* Leverage your expertise in selling high-ticket products to build trust and confidence with clients.
* Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth application and visa process for enrolled students.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
