Job description:
- Manage stock counting, reporting, and product display.
- Welcome and assist customers, explain products, and process orders.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and collect feedback.
- Use up-selling and cross-selling techniques to boost sales.
- Meet daily/monthly sales and Gold Savings Plan targets.
- Support promotional activities and marketing events.
- Maintain customer data and report to Store Manager.
