Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Assistant to manage client interactions, schedule appointments, and help achieve sales targets. The role includes client follow-ups, occasional site visits, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage appointments with potential clients.
- Meet clients in person when required and present products/services.
- Follow up with clients regularly to maintain relationships and close deals.
- Assist in setting monthly sales targets and tracking progress.
- Maintain updated records of client communications and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and necessary documentation for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally when required.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
