· Achieve Sales Target (Monthly & Yearly) set by Management.
· Expert in New Market Identification & to generate new business clients generation.
· Knowledge of Business Development in Pumps (Boiler feed Pumps preferred).
· Knowledge of Strategic Planning
· Improve the sales of company
· Should have experience on Enquiry Generation, Offer generation & Finalization, Negotiation & Co-ordination with client.
· To establish Dealer /Distributor network & Co-ordination with supplier.
· Co-coordinating with respective dept. for procurement, machining, packing & dispatch.
· Follow-up with client for Payment.
· Monitor dealer performance.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
