Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Tenant Relationship Management
- Identify and approach potential retail tenants and brands to fill available mall spaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their sales and promotional needs.
- Negotiate leasing terms, coordinate renewals, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze tenant sales performance to provide support and insights for growth.
2. Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase mall foot traffic and enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and execute events, seasonal promotions, and activations to attract customers and improve shopper engagement.
- Collaborate with tenants to align their promotions with the mall’s marketing strategy.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels, including digital platforms and in-mall signage.
3. Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Manage the mall’s social media accounts, creating engaging content to attract and retain followers.
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and feedback.
- Monitor competitor malls, events, and marketing initiatives to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations to enhance the mall's competitive position.
5. Budgeting and Reporting
- Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, foot traffic, campaign performance, and tenant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall mall objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience in event management and promotional activities.
- Familiarity with leasing processes and tenant relations.
