Sales and Marketing Job Description
Academy BDE is dedicated to delivering outstanding education and training in marketing and business. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role focuses on sales, marketing, and student enrollment, with opportunities for growth, additional incentives, and career development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to organize seminars, workshops, and internships.
- Conduct targeted sales and marketing activities to promote programs and increase student enrollment.
- Design and implement effective outreach campaigns through various channels to meet enrollment targets.
- Coordinate and assist in the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
- Plan and execute promotional events, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor student progress and provide necessary guidance to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, enrollment status, and other relevant data.
- Analyze market trends and feedback to refine marketing strategies and achieve goals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets, with the opportunity to earn additional incentives.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (current students or recent graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience or interest in marketing, sales, and student engagement.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or academic program promotion.
- Familiarity with event coordination and student engagement activities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
