Sales & Marketing Executive – Student Admissions
Job Description:
We are hiring Sales & Marketing Executives to generate student leads, handle admissions, and promote courses at Morph Meta Academy (25+ years in Animation, VFX, Gaming, AI & Multimedia Education).
The role involves student counselling, lead conversion, and executing marketing strategies to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through online & offline marketing, seminars, events, and campaigns.
- Counsel students & parents about available courses (Animation, VFX, Gaming, AI, AR/VR, Multimedia).
- Convert enquiries into admissions by explaining career opportunities.
- Build partnerships with colleges, coaching centres, and institutions for lead generation.
- Execute social media, digital, and outdoor marketing activities.
- Handle follow-ups, fee collection, and maintain proper admission records.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication & convincing ability.
- Knowledge of sales, student counselling, or education industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing & social media promotion preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and tele-calling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,485.96 - ₹27,670.92 per month
