Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Waterproofing Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Waterproofing and Construction , a passion for customer engagement, and a strong ability to close deals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide property consultations
- Schedule and conduct site visits
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Negotiate and close Site Sqft rate deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of leads and sales activities
