Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ solutions. The PM will oversee cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, QA engineers (manual and automation), and support staff to ensure successful implementation, integration, and support of SailPoint-based IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Team Coordination & Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams including SailPoint developers, business analysts, QA engineers (manual and automation), and support staff.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Ensure clear task ownership and accountability across the team.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
Manage ServiceNow tickets and ensure timely resolution of IAM-related requests.
Quality Assurance Oversight
Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts to ensure robust validation of SailPoint functionalities.
Ensure defect tracking, resolution, and regression testing are completed efficiently.
Support UAT planning and execution.
IAM Domain Oversight
Understand and guide implementation of IAM concepts including provisioning, RBAC, certifications, policies, and connectors.
Ensure alignment of SailPoint configurations with business and compliance requirements.
Support integration efforts with enterprise applications and PAM solutions.
Documentation & Reporting
Oversee creation and maintenance of project documentation including test plans, process flows, and training materials.
Track and report on key metrics such as test coverage, defect trends, and delivery milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in IAM or SailPoint-related projects.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ is highly preferred.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, and MS Project.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
