Job Title: Safety Officer – Fire & Safety Department

Qualification: Graduate with Fire & Safety Certification
Salary: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor fire and safety protocols across the facility
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company safety policies
- Organize safety training and drills for employees
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive actions
- Maintain safety equipment and ensure its proper functioning
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external safety agencies
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and best practices among staff
Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety norms and industrial safety standards
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Good communication and training skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and proactive mindset
- Attention to detail and record-keeping skill

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
