We are looking for a Relationship Management Trainee to enhance customer experience and streamline service coordination within our automotive operations. Candidates with a background in mechanical or automobile engineering and a strong interest in client engagement are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers
- Assist in scheduling vehicle services, follow-ups, and addressing customer queries
- Liaise with the service department to ensure timely updates and vehicle delivery
- Communicate service needs and technical details in a customer-friendly manner
- Collect and manage customer feedback to improve service satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of services and customer interactions
