Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance:
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases.
- Provide detailed information about products or services.
- Help customers with product selection and suggest alternatives based on needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Sales Processing:
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Issue receipts and handle returns/exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer preferences, and feedback.
- Inventory Management:
- Stock shelves and counters with products.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the inventory team of low stock items.
- Assist in regular stock counts and ensure inventory is properly organized.
- Promotions and Marketing:
- Inform customers about ongoing sales, discounts, and promotional offers.
- Suggest up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase sales.
- Ensure promotional materials are displayed effectively at the counter.
- Customer Service:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter environment.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and increasing sales.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
