Tanishq, a brand by Tata Group, is seeking experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Officers for our Rourkela store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, preferably in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide an excellent in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Handle counter sales, product display, and billing
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and brand awareness
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising
- Maintain store hygiene and discipline
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales (preferably jewellery, apparel, or lifestyle brands)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player and customer-focused
- Positive attitude and sales-driven mindset
- Must be male and based in or willing to relocate to Rourkela
- Basic computer skills preferred
