Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and guide them through our collection
- Share product knowledge clearly, including the benefits of lab-grown diamonds
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service
- Assist in showroom operations, stock management, and order follow-ups
- Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising and store hygiene
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in jewelry, luxury, or fashion retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and an eye for design/detail
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Presentable and well-groomed
- Basic computer skills for billing, CRM, and inventory tools
