- Monitor and manage patient care in wards, ICU, and emergency room.
- Conduct daily rounds and update case sheets, treatment charts, and reports.
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly and inform senior consultants.
- Ensure timely execution of medical orders given by specialists.
- Attend to patient complaints and provide necessary care and reassurance.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate records of treatments and interventions.
- Support nursing staff and ensure proper communication among care teams.
