About The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reservation system & Data Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting our reservations system, ensuring pricing accuracy, assisting with inventory control, and helping deliver clear insights through Power BI reporting.

What you will be doing:
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand system changes and testing requirements.
Execute detailed test scenarios as required.
Perform end-to-end testing of new processes and workflows related to the reservation platform.
Identify and document any issues, bugs, or inconsistencies, and track them as required.
Provide timely and actionable feedback to the development team and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure testing is completed within the required timelines and meets quality standards.
Conduct functional and user testing of the reservations system to ensure features work as intended.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate pricing on the reservations platform, working closely with the rest of the commercial team.
Assist in managing and updating inventory, ensuring product availability aligns with plans.
Monitor system data to flag and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
Support the creation and updating of Power BI reports for operational and commercial insights.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve pricing or system issues.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to systems and data workflows.
What we are looking for:
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Basic understanding of data systems or experience using reservation platforms (desirable but not essential).
Familiarity with Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Takes initiative. Does not wait to be asked.

Highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential
