- Managing Reservations: Handling reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Processing Bookings: Inputting and confirming booking information into the system accurately.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping track of all reservations, including cancellations and modifications.
- Customer Service: Addressing guest inquiries, resolving booking discrepancies, and providing assistance with any issues.
- Communication: Collaborating with other departments (sales, marketing, operations) to align booking strategies.
- System Management: Ensuring the reservation system is up-to-date and accurate.
