Position: Reservation Executive
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Company: Sterling Tours and Travels
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and manage reservations for flights, hotels, and transport.
- Process booking requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
- Coordinate with travel partners and suppliers for confirmations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve booking issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in reservations or travel industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
