Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing policyholders to remind them of upcoming policy renewals
- Explain policy benefits, renewal options, and address any queries
- Ensure policy continuity by reducing lapses and increasing persistency
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and renewals in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments for policy issuance and documentation
- Achieve assigned monthly renewal targets
