Business Development Executive (Phone Sales Expert)
Location: RemoteType: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: Base [₹40K–₹55K/month] + Commission (Uncapped earning potential)

We are now looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional to join our team and close more deals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Identify Leads Research and build a qualified list of target businesses and decision-makers.
- Cold Outreach & Warm Follow-Ups Initiate contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Consultative Sales Approach Understand business needs, present tailored solutions, and handle objections confidently.
- Pipeline Management Maintain an organized CRM with detailed notes, follow-up tasks, and status updates.
- Relationship Building Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
- Close Deals Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Requirements
- Proven Phone Sales Experience – Minimum 2–3 years in B2B phone sales or business development.
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Clear, persuasive, and confident.
- Ability to think on your feet, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, persistent, and driven by results.
- Knowledge of web design, digital marketing, SEO, or advertising services is a strong plus.
- BONUS: Knowledge in web design/computer programming.
