Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Relationship Coach to support individuals, couples, and families in navigating relationship challenges and improving emotional well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in psychology, experience in counselling or therapy, and a passion for helping people build healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients in a safe and non-judgmental setting.
- Guide clients through marital issues, family dynamics, and emotional well-being challenges.
- Conduct detailed client assessments and collect relevant case history information.
- Create personalized coaching plans and session goals tailored to individual needs.
- Develop and implement structured session blueprints using evidence-based frameworks.
- Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client sessions and progress.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches or therapists to share insights and enhance outcomes.
- Support therapy-related operations and session logistics.
- Create psychoeducational content to support clients' learning and self-awareness.
- Stay updated with the latest practices through continuous training and workshops.

- Competence in designing and leading structured coaching sessions.

Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field: MSc, MA, or MPhil.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in relationship coaching, counselling, marital or family therapy.
- Proven experience working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: ₹46,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
