Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retailers in the region.
Drive consistent order generation from B2B clients including schools, colleges, coaching centers and retailers.
Conduct regular market visit for relationship building and order follow ups.
Ensure daily n weekly sales reports using google sheets, or CRM tools.
Execute sales schemes, promotions, and sampling programs as per management directives.
Meet monthly sales and outreach targets set by management.
Require 3-6 yrs in stationery sales with focus on dealer/ distributor/ channel development.
Must have worked in reputed stationery companies or their distributors(Navneet, Calmin, Doms, Sundaram, Scholor, Classmate)
Graduate in any stream(BBA/ MBA in sales/marketing)
Should be familiar with google sheets, whtsp based reporting, or basic CRM
Strong understanding of dealer territories and buyer behaviour.
Comfortable working in a startup like environment.
