About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Intern to join our team in Pune, supporting both Recruitment and Finance Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for MBA students with a specialization in Finance, Marketing, or Operations to gain practical, hands-on experience in the corporate world. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Operations:
- Assist in the entire recruitment cycle — from job postings to candidate onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Support campus hiring and internship drives.
Finance Operations:
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Support in the preparation and reconciliation of financial records and reports.
- Help maintain accurate records of budgets, expenditures, and other financial data.
- Assist in payroll coordination and reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for operational and financial alignment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA pursuing or completed (specialization in Finance / Marketing / Operations).
- Strong interest in HR recruitment processes and financial operations.
- Good command over MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.
- Prior internship experience in HR or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
