Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across various time zones, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Manage candidate communication and logistics, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Maintain and update candidate records and interview schedules in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support additional administrative tasks related to recruiting as needed.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of corporate experience, preferably in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in international scheduling is a plus.
