We are seeking a motivated and experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Blue Collar Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various manual and skilled labor positions within our organization. Your primary goal will be to attract qualified workers who fit our company culture and meet our hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for field positions.
Travel to various locations to conduct onsite interviews and job fairs.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
Provide a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a field recruiter role.
Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
