We’re looking for a high-energy Recruiter Intern who loves talking to people and doesn’t shy away from the phone. If you can handle 70–80 calls a day, follow up with candidates, and make sure interviews are scheduled on time – you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Make 70–80 candidate calls daily (outbound & inbound).
- Do regular follow-ups with applicants to keep the process moving.
- Schedule interviews and ensure candidates show up on time.
- Maintain candidate trackers and keep the recruitment pipeline organized.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day hiring tasks.
