- Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
- Candidate Experience:Create a positive experience for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Offer Management:Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
