Role: IT Recruiter

Role:
- Identify, attract and engage with potential candidates.
- Post technical job descriptions. Source candidates using a variety of job portals and networks.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Create and share personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels. Required Skills and experience 3+ year experience as a technical recruiter. Bachelors IT or relevant degree.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
- Experience With ATS.
