- Receptionist Duties:Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing incoming and outgoing mail/messages.
- Administrative Support:Assisting with filing, photocopying, organizing records, and other clerical tasks.
- Office Management:Ordering supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, and potentially managing equipment.
- Communication:Providing information about the company and its services, and acting as a point of contact for inquiries.
- Coordination:Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
