Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it neat and presentable.
- Manage visitor logs and issue passes when required.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
