Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Preferred married female candidate.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
- Maintain the reception area neat and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries.
- Manage appointment schedules, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs.
- Assist HR/Administration with clerical tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 – 3years of experience in front office/reception work.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Married female candidates preferred for this role
- Ensure confidentiality of company information at all times.
