Job Title: Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist with 3–4 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a polite, professional attitude. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming front-office experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings.
- Handle courier services, visitor logs, and front-desk documentation.
- Support HR/Admin teams with day-to-day tasks.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and guests.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle guests with courtesy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant receptionist/front-office experience.
- Preference: Female candidates from Bangalore.
Work Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,196.45 - ₹35,565.93 per month
