Receptionist Responsibilities:

- Security: Monitor visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
- Communication: Answer inquiries and provide basic information to visitors and customers.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, order replacements, and ensure a smooth-running office environment.
- Clerical Tasks: Data entry, filing, and other administrative support tasks.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules and keep calendars updated.
- Communication: Communicate with clients, vendors, and employees.
- Event Support: Assist with events, including managing RSVP lists and providing registration support.
- Travel Arrangements: Assist with making travel arrangements for employees.
