Receptionist

Raah child development center is dedicated to supporting children's growth through personalized ,therapies and programs. We are looking for a friendly , organised and efficient receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Applicants from Kharghar are preferred for convenience and ease of commute

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, parents and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
• Arrange and confirm appoinments, ensuring smooth scheduling for therapists and clients
• Manage and update the Electronic Health Records ( EHR) system accurately
• Handle client inquiries and provide information about center services
• Assist with billing and payment processing when required
• Prepare and maintain daily/ weekly schedules for staff
• Coordinate communication between clients , therapists and management
• Keep records of attendance, cancellations and follow-ups
• Provide administrative support such as filing , photocopying and scanning documents .

Qualification :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Professional and empathetic demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 – 48 per week
