Position: Receptionist
Location: Taliparamba
Experience: 2–5 years (Healthcare sector experience preferred)
Requirements:
- Prior experience in reception/front office handling
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience in healthcare/hospital/laboratory reception will be an added advantage
- Must have a two-wheeler for easy commute
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting patients/customers
- Handling phone calls and appointment scheduling
- Coordinating with doctors, staff, and management
- Maintaining records and front desk activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,286.12 per month
