Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and manage courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and manage access to the premises.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging refreshments when needed.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating company events or meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
