Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and is responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering incoming calls, handling inquiries, and performing general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
* Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
* Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
* Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
* Assist other departments with administrative support as needed.
* Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Requirements and Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Customer service attitude and professional appearance.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
