We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist(Female Only) to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, answering inquiries, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday.
- Office-based role requiring prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
- May occasionally lift office supplies or packages.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
