- Handling Mail and Deliveries: They may be responsible for receiving and distributing mail and packages, as well as sending outgoing mail.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area: Receptionists ensure that the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable. They may also be responsible for ordering office supplies for the front desk area.
