Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage front desk duties and support daily office tasks. Must have experience with scanning, printing, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer calls.
- Handle scanning, printing, and copying.
- Prepare documents in MS Word and maintain Excel sheets.
- Sort mail and assist with admin tasks.
- Keep the reception area tidy and professional.
Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and office equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
