Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist
Location: Dr Realtor Group, 2nd Floor, The Vedas Tower, Ballupur Chowk Dehradun

Position Overview:

We are seeking a well-spoken, organized, and professional Front Office Executive to manage reception and administrative operations at our Ballupur office. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring smooth communication flow within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Maintain the front desk and common areas to ensure a clean and professional environment
• Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist in daily office management
• Maintain visitor logs, follow office protocols, and ensure basic compliance
• Support basic administrative and documentation tasks across departments

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, etc.)
• MBA preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with exceptional communication and personality may be considered)

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, and professional conduct
• Female candidates preferred; local (Dehradun-based) candidates will be prioritizedWork Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Ballupur, Dehradun
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
